Tell us what happened, which device you use, and the LifePsalm screen you were on. Please do not email sensitive prayer or health details unless they are necessary to resolve your request.
Email supportRestore purchases or open Subscription & Billing from LifePsalm Settings. You can also manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscriptions.
In the app: Settings → Delete my account removes your signed-in account and server data. Settings → Delete all my data on this device clears only this device. You can also email us from your account address if you need help.
Ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity.
Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots are useful when they do not expose private content.
